Project 073 - Survival Packs, Uganda

Siloam is co-operating with its partner Childcare Worldwide in Bellingham, USA in this venture. Any funds that we receive for project: 073 will provide bags of food staples which will last for 3 to 4 weeks for a family of 4 or 5 members.

During the current ‘Coronavirus – Covid-19 lockdown’ provisions of this nature have been very much appreciated by the sponsored families of the children in the Life Centre sponsorship programme.

A similar programme operates in Kenya – project: 072 and is equally welcome by the families it is supporting during this time when families find it very difficult to obtain any employment which normally provides for their family support.

Gifts dedicated to project: 073 really do help to keep ‘body and soul’ together for desperate families in Uganda at this time.
